What should I expect from my first session?
To leave feeling refreshed, revitalised and relaxed.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment, this allows to fill out the pre-treatment form beforehand. Arriving late could mean your allotted time is cut down, please be mindful of your allocated appointment time.
I have a health condition, should I tell you beforehand?
Please let us know if you have any health conditions, allergies or injuries which may affect your treatment, so we can adjust accordingly.
What if I need to cancel or postpone my treatment?
Cancellation must be provided at least 24 hours in advance, please let us know as soon as possible, we can then fit you in on another day/time.
Where do I put my belongings?
You can take your personal belongings in with you, but we kindly ask you to switch your mobiles on silent/off. This helps to ensure we keep a relaxing, tranquil and peaceful environment. Thank you!
How should I prepare for my first treatment?

Do you accept walk-ins?
We do accept walk-ins but if you would like treatment by a particular massage therapist, on a preferred day or time, we recommend you book this in advance.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes, we do have gift vouchers, these can be purchased in store.
